Description
The 2023 Cedar Creek 371FL is perfect for entertaining, with a large front living room that includes two tri-fold sofa, power theater seats, fireplace, and lift TV that lowers out of sight for a streamlined look.The large island kitchen is loaded with cabinets and features residential appliances throughout. Off the kitchen you have a great half bath! The Cedar Creek is superior in so many ways, from the construction to the interior fit & finish! The ALL ALUMINUM SUPER-STRUCTURE features handmade 2” x 2” 16” (or less) on center sidewalls and individually fastened custom “L” brackets combined with Uniroyal ® Silaprene adhesives bond the TRUE Gel Coat fiberglass for a strong flexible frame without lamination or welding! The 371FL has a raised rear bedroom for added pass thru storage under!
The 5” radius roof includes Radiant Shield Insulation along with 2 layers of residential home Eco-Batt Glasswool insulation (valued at R-14) gives “triple” layer insulation that supplements the cohesive retention factors of roof decking and rubber membrane. There is full length 3/8” wood roof decking over 2" x 2" 16” OC 5” aluminum truss roof rafters for a full walk on roof. All covered by 2 ply rubber roof membrane with built in fire retardant and 12 year limited warranty. The roof is securely bolted to sidewall with 5/16” x 3-1/2” carriage bolts!
The floor is constructed with 5/8” tongue & groove plywood that is glued and screwed to the handmade 3” aluminum frame with in-floor heat ducting is fastened with custom “L” brackets combined with silaprene adhesives. This superior floor construction is atop a cambered 10” I-beam frame with large support outriggers & full length welds.
The floor also utilizes Radiant Shield insulation along with 2 layers of residential home Eco-Batt Glasswool insulation (valued at R-14). The “triple” layer insulation enhances the protective values of plywood, vinyl, tank heaters, etc. and makes Cedar Creek a great choice for your extended season adventures!
The floor and frame assembly is finished with Darco waterproof underbelly wrap and fully enclosed with removable 4’ x 8’ ABS panels for easy access to the tanks. Additionally, there are extra large 12 volt heating pads on all tanks.
Setup will be a breeze with the 6-point “Level-Up” hydraulic leveling system! Just push the auto level button and watch it happen! Other exterior features include a 190 watt solar panel, large finished front pass-thru garage, front storage compartment, rear ladder, rear view camera, tinted frameless windows, MORyde heavy duty entry steps, 16” tires and aluminum rims and more.
You will be amazed upon entering the 371FL. The beautiful mid-kitchen features more then ample storage, a 20 cu. ft. refrigerator and solid surface countertops. You will also have a residential stainless OTR microwave, stainless steel finish oven, stylish backsplash, Create-A-Breeze fan, large pantry and full extension ball bearing drawer slides.
The front living room features opposing slide-outs, dual sofa sleepers, twin theater seating recliners and an entertainment center including a 50" LED television and stereo. The front electric fireplace is absolutely beautiful and functional with integral heater.
You'll have a half bath off of the kitchen for your convenience along with the full rear bath that features a large shower with seat, dual sinks, foot flush toilet, solid surface counter, 10" Create-a-Breeze fan, linen closet and washer/dryer prep.
You will feel right at home in the residential style bedroom. It features a king bed with a premium 10" mattress, LED TV and plenty of storage with the dresser, under-bed storage and wardrobes.
